    Thank you for shopping with LaraLuxe Boutique! We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our return policy is outlined below to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.

    Return Eligibility

    Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Free from stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, or damage

    • All original tags attached and packaging included (if applicable)

    Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.

    Return Window

    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Any returns requested or received after this time frame will not be accepted.

    How to Initiate a Return

    To start a return, email support@laraluxeboutique.com with:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Item(s) being returned

    • Reason for return

    Once approved, you will receive instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.

    Return Shipping & Fees

    A $7.99 restocking and handling fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers:

    • Return processing and quality inspection

    • Handling and repackaging

    • Prepaid return shipping label

    The $7.99 fee will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

    Store Credit & Processing Time

    Please allow 2–4 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing.

    Approved returns will be issued store credit only.
    LaraLuxe Boutique does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

    Store credit:

    • Never expires

    • Can be used toward any future purchase

    Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@laraluxeboutique.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. These cases will be resolved at no additional cost to you.

    Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Sale items

    • Items from the Under $50 collection

    • Clearance or marked-down items

    • Accessories, swimwear, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)

    Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address

    Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, will be processed as a return once received.

    • Store credit will be issued for eligible items after inspection

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    If you wish to have your order reshipped, a new order must be placed with the correct address.
